Returns Policy

New Stoves.
We do not accept returns of new stoves unless found to be damaged on arrival. Please open packaging within 24hours of receipt to check the contents. Report any damages immediately by calling 01749 467400. We will require photos of the opened packaging and the damaged product.

Returns will be not be accepted unless previously approved in writing.

Second User Stoves
The condition of stoves is as described and shown on our website. Please inspect photographs carefully to establish the condition for yourself prior to ordering. Further images will be sent if requested. Products are available for inspection at our premises by appointment only.
